I have a Doctorate Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development. I am a Certified Vocational Evaluator  (CVE), a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS). Also, I have completed a course in Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice through IACP.

A vocational consultant assists individuals and organizations with relevant vocational and career-related needs, including conducting vocational assessments/evaluations, providing forensic expert testimony, and assisting in career exploration. A vocational consultant is trained to understand current vocational landscape, uncover individual's vocational strengths, and evaluate how certain functional limitations may limit individual's availability in specific career directions.

While I can step in to help an individual at any point in your planning journey, the best time to contact me is while you are employed and contemplating a new direction or while you are in school. Likewise, I can step in as part of the human resource development team at any point. However, the best time to contact me is when you want to explore individual worker's strengths and his/her/their best fit within the team, and when you are ready to hire more individuals and want to explore what additional strengths your team needs.
